Destructive Twins - front two-hand choke -- pulling in

  1. With feet together, step forward to 12:00 into a RNB delivering a left overhead punch to his face and right uppercut to his groin.
  2. Move your right foot to 2:00 and execute a right inward and left vertical outward combination parries outside his left arm shifting into a RFB.
  3. Left finger thrust to his eyes.
  4. Pivoting to your left into a horse delivering a right punch to his left ribs as your left hand grabs his left arm, pulling it toward your left hip, palm down.
  5. Drop your left back to 4:00; and do right inward horizontal palm heel to his elbow; right front crossover and cover out twice to 4:00.

Crossed Twigs - rear two -hand grabs to wrist

  1. Counter grab both of his wrists as you step to 2:00 with into a LNB.
  2. Pivot clockwise facing 8:00 as you cross his arms right over left with your right elbow horizontal and outward to his right jaw and continue to pull his right arm down with your right (have your left hand which is grabbing his wrist pull down).
  3. Release right grasp and circle for right inward overhead elbow to upper spine of opponent.
  4. Release your left grasp and with your right, double heel palm, grab, and pinch his left kidney and ribs as you kick his right ribs with your left knee.
  5. Drop left foot to 2:00 as you pivot counterclockwise into a right rear scoop kick to his stomach.
  6. With right foot still in air do front crossover and cover out to 2:00.

Conquering Shield - front left stiff-arm lapel grab

  1. Pin his left arm with your left hand and right vertical forearm against his left elbow to break and as your right ball of foot kicks to inner knee cap of his right leg.
  2. Plant right foot forward to 11:00 into a RNB.  Have your right arm glance up and then strike down with your right downward elbow to his left forearm thus forcing his head down.
  3. With feet firmly planted, deliver a right upward elbow under his chin.
  4. Follow-up with a right downward heel and claw to his face.  Right front crossover and cover out twice to 6:00.

Wings of Silk - rear two-arm hammer-lock

  1. Stomp your left foot onto his left instep; as you pinch the nerve on crest of left hip with left.
  2. As your right arm starts to slip out of his right arm, execute an obscure right back elbow to his chin and a right rear heel scoop kick to his groin.
  3. Turn and step counterclockwise with your right to 9:00 with a short right step as your right arm slips completely out of his arm, pinching and pinning his left arm with your left.
  4. Complete the 360 turn by circling your left foot counterclockwise to 9:00 and end up in a horse stance facing 12:00.  Deliver a right uppercut forearm strike to his left elbow joint.
  5. Right front crossover and cover out to 9:00.

Swinging Pendulum - front right roundhouse kick

  1. Standing in a RNB, slide your left foot to 4:00 and right inward block with a left downward block (universal block) preferably at the knee.
  2. Push drag to 11:00 delivering a right downward hammer fist to his groin.
  3. Shift your left foot to 2:00 delivering an obscure right elbow to his jaw.
  4. Right front crossover and cover out to 2:00.

Gift in Return - front handshake

  1. Pin attackers hand with your left hand as you step forward to 10:30 with your left foot and push drag into a left high wide kneel while driving grabbed hands into attackers groin. Keep your face to the left side of their shoulder to avoid a head butt..
  2. Step to 12:00 with your left foot (slightly behind attacker) as your left hand reaches under attackers legs and grabs attacker’s right wrist. Step back to 10:00 with your right foot and grab attacker’s belt with your right hand. Pull attackers hand with your left hand while you push on their lower back/hip with your right hand.
  3. Right step-thru side kick to the back of attackers left knee as you release their right hand.
  4. As you land from the kick, do a left knee to attackers back and cover out.

Cross of Destruction - rear two-hand choke

  1. Step to 9:00 into a horse stance as you grab both of his wrists with both of your hands.
  2. Move your right foot back to 8:00 into a LNB as your left hand crosses his left arm over his own right arm. Your left arm pushes forward as your right pulls in and toward you.
  3. Deliver a right front snap kick to the inside of his right knee cap.
  4. As you plant forward to 2:00, pull in with your left arm as you push out with your right arm to cause opponent to break his left elbow with his own right arm.
  5. Right front crossover and cover out to 8:00.

Twin Kimono - front two-hand lapel grab - push out

  1. Drop to 6:00 into a RNB, pins his arms with left while delivering a right upward forearm against his elbow joints.
  2. Immediately shift your left foot back to 4:00 as you cock and deliver a back knuckle to his floating ribs.  Circle for a right inward strike to arms of opponent.
  3. Deliver a right outward hand sword to his throat and cross-out to 4:00.

Hooking Wings - front two-hand low push

  1. Drop to 6:00 into a RNB, execute a double hook to his wrists as you draw back into a right cat.
  2. Deliver a right front snap kick to his groin.
  3. Plant your right foot to 12:00 looping your right hand for a right hammer fist to his left jaw. Continue a figure eight pattern and right back knuckle to his right jaw.
  4. Right upward elbow to his chin as your left hand guards low, shuffling forward if necessary.
  5. Deliver a right downward palm heel and claw to his face as your left hand covers low.
  6. Right front crossover and cover out to 6:00.

Sleeper - front right front step through straight punch

  1. Step to 11:00 into a LNB as you inward block and cock your right arm at your right thigh.
  2. Pivot into a LFB delivering a right ridge hand to left side of his neck. Your left hand is checking his right arm (bracing angle check).
  3. Step around and behind his right leg with your right leg into a LFB and have your left hand grab your right wrist from back of his neck to apply pressure .
  4. Shift your left foot back to 4:00 forcing your opponent to the ground as you follow-up with a right vertical punch to his face and a right knee drop (left close kneel) to his right ribs.
  5. Right foot drops back to 2:00, left front crossover and cover out to 2:00.

Spiraling Twig - rear bear hug -- arms free

  1. As your right foot steps to 3:00 into a Horse Stance, do double middle knuckle strikes to the back of attackers hands and pin attackers arms with your elbows.
  2. Grab attackers right hand with both of your hands (your thumbs are on the back of their hand - fingers on their palm), and extend their arm straight out (still tucked under your right arm) with your right arm applying pressure to attackers elbow. Immediately step to 1:30 with your left foot and turn clockwise (180 degrees) as you step back with your right foot into a left LNB facing 7:30. Attacker is now bent over with you at his side.
  3. Continue holding attackers hand with your right hand, as you do a right rear ball kick to attackers face and a left downward heel palm to attackers right elbow (right hand maintains pressure on the back of attackers hand).
  4. As your right foot lands from the kick (in tight on attackers right knee to pin/break it), your left hand checks attackers right arm, sliding is along your right hip. As this happens, release your right hand and do a right upward back knuckle to attackers face.
  5. Right front crossover and cover out to 2:00.

Flight to Freedom - rear hammer-lock

  1. Step back to 5:00 into a RNB as your right hand counter grabs his right wrist and left punches forward to release grip.
  2. Pivot into a LNB delivering a left outward elbow to his face, which is blocked.
  3. Step forward to 2:00 into a right reverse cat as your right arm pulls his wrist to you.
  4. Deliver a right thrusting back heel kick to his right ribs and do a right rotating twist (facing 8:00) as you twist his right arm clockwise with the assistance of your right hand.
  5. Follow-up with a left snapping side kick to his left inner knee.
  6. Without planting your left foot, cross in front of your right foot (into a left front twist stance) to 2:00 while using your left palm heel strike to break back of his right elbow, and cover out to 2:00.

Begging Hands - front two-hand grab to wrists

  1. Step back to 6:00 into a RNB as you circle both hands inward to palm up and draw back into a right cat stance.
  2. Deliver a right snap kick to his groin.
  3. Plant your right foot to 12:00 and deliver a left snap kick to his chin.
  4. Plant your left foot forward to 12:00 into a LNB, deliver a double palm heel thrust under his chest, shuffling forward if needed.
  5. Left front crossover and cover out to 6:00.

Flashing Wings - front right step through punch

  1. Step forward to 10:30 into a left neutral bow while doing a left inward block.
  2. Push Drag forward into a left close kneel stance while doing a right inward elbow to attackers ribs. Allow the elbow to pass through the attacker. Your left hand checks at face level and your right knee checks attackers’ leg.
  3. Pivot clockwise into a horse executing a right outward elbow with a palm heel claw across his face (your left forearm is a sliding check as it travels up the right arm of opponent).
  4. Immediately pivot clockwise into a left reverse wide kneel facing 4:30, but your head looking to 12:00.  As you pivot, deliver a right outward hooking hand sword to the back of the neck.  (Make sure that your right arm travels diagonally, down, and with your elbow anchored.)  Within the same flow of motion, follow with a left inward hand sword to the back of his neck.
  5. Pivot counterclockwise into a left close kneel stance as your left hand slides down and past his right shoulder to check and pin his right arm to his body.  Simultaneously, execute a right upward thrusting hand sword (palm up) to his throat.

Repeated Devastation - full nelson

  1. Step to 9:00 with left into a horse while striking attackers face with fists over your head
  2. Pull your elbows straight down into your chest to release attacker’s arms and pin them against your sides. Slide your right foot to left into a right cat stance, rear head butt and extend your arms straight down, continue to pin attacker’s arms.
  3. Kick attackers left shin with right then right side kick to attacker’s right knee.
  4. Grab attackers right wrist with your left hand, step to 12:00 with your left foot and do a right back elbow to attackers face while moving into a left reverse bow.
  5. Bring your left into a horse stance while your right hand snakes under attacker’s right arm and grabs their left wrist. Step with right to 12:00 into a left reverse bow, left back elbow to face.
  6. Do a left front cross over with your right hand still grabbing attackers left wrist and do a left downward palm heel to attackers elbow.

Entangled Wing - front arm lock

  1. From a RNB, step forward to 10:00 as you raise your right arm up and overhead (similar to a right upward elbow).
  2. Pivot (in place) counterclockwise and drop to right knee, deliver a left back elbow to groin as your right arm pulls his left elbow down across the back of your right shoulder.
  3. Pivot (in place) clockwise and execute a right back elbow to his mid-section or right ribs.
  4. Right front crossover and cover out to 6:00.

Defying the Storm - front right step through roundhouse club

  1. Step forward into a right RNB while doing a right inward block to attacker’s bicep as left hand checks at attacker’s wrist.
  2. Right inward elbow to attacker’s chest. Right hand grabs attacker’s triceps and pulls while left hand pushes on attacker’s wrist to break their elbow.
  3. Step back into a left LFB while pulling down on attackers shoulder with your right and up on attacker’s wrist with left to bend attacker over.
  4. Right knee to attackers shoulder (keeping attackers right hand pinned/bent with your left hand) and land into right overhead over-head elbow to spine.

Raking Mace - front two-hand lapel grab -- pulling in

  1. Step forward to 12:00 into a RNB.  Right uppercut punch to his stomach as your left hand horizontally pins both of his hands down.
  2. Circle counterclockwise for a right fist rake across the bridge of his nose; continuing down diagonally to his forearm.
  3. Right outward hand sword to his throat.
  4. Right inward elbow to left jaw as your left palm heel simultaneously strikes his right jaw.
  5. Right front crossover and cover out to 6:00.

Thrusting Wedge – Front two-hand high push

  1. Step forward to 12:00 into a RFB as both arms thrust forward as wedges and your fingers are thrusting claws to his eyes and face.
  2. Pivot (in place) counterclockwise into RNB as your left hand grabs his right wrist and pulls it down and past your left hip and right upward elbow to his chin.
  3. Right downward palm heel to bridge of his nose and right five-finger claw to his eyes.
  4. Right front crossover and cover out to 6:00.

Shield and Mace - front right step through punch

  1. Step to 10:30 into a LFB, right outward block as left hand cocks to waist.
  2. Turn into a LNB as you do a left horizontal thrust punch to attacker’s ribs.
  3. Pivot a left close kneel as you strike down with a right hammer fist to right kidney.
  4. Circle your left hand clockwise, pinning his right arm down as your right hand circles counterclockwise striking his face and eyes with a right looping inward palm heel claw.
  5. Circle your right hand counterclockwise and down, striking back of his right knee with your right palm heel to buckle his leg.  (left hand executes an overlapping check to same spot.)
  6. Follow-up with a right side kick to back of his left knee.
  7. While your right foot is still in the air, right front crossover and cover out to 8:00.
