  1. Raise your right hand high to relieve the pressure, check his right hand with your left as you step to 10:00 with right.
  2. Pivot counter clockwise and deliver a left back elbow to his left kidney while in a RNB.
  3. Pivot clockwise and deliver a right back elbow to his ribs as your left checks high.

Evading the Storm - front right step through overhead club

  1. Step to 10:00 into a LFB as you right outward extended block and grab his right wrist.
  2. Deliver a right roundhouse kick to his groin. (Left hand checking at chest.)
  3. Plant your right foot to 1:00 into a RNB as your right hand pulls his right wrist down and past your right hip. Left thrust punch to ribs as you pivot into a RFB.
  4. Deliver a left knee to outside of his right thigh.
  5. Drop to a right close kneel thus breaking his right knee or ankle.

Twirling Wings - rear two-hand stiff-arm shoulder grab

  1. Step back with left to 5:00 into a left rear twist stance.
  2. Pivot into a LFB while delivering a left outward block to his left arm and a right inward elbow to his ribs.
  3. Pivot into a horse facing 9:00 and deliver a left inward horizontal his ribs as your right hand checks high.

Snapping Twig - front left hand chest push

  1. Drop back to 6:00 into a RNB and inward palm heel to wrist with left and to elbow with right.
  2. Hook his left arm to your right while executing a left outward hand sword to the throat of your opponent as push drag forward. Continue the counter clockwise motion of your right hand to execute an inward diagonal rake across the bridge of his nose.
  3. Continue for a right inward elbow to his right jaw as your left palm heel strikes his left jaw.

Leaping Crane - front right step through punch

  2. Draw left with right into a cat stance then behind his left leg (4:00) into a right reverse bow. Simultaneously strike his groin with a right palm heel; then squeeze his testicles.
  3. Pivot into a RNB facing 4:00 executing an obscure right elbow to his chin.
  4. Complete your pivot into a RFB facing 4:00 delivering a left heel palm to ribs.

Circling Wing - rear two hand choke - arms bent

  1. Step forward to 2:00 into a LNB as your right arm cocks horizontally across your waist.
  2. Pivot to 8:00 as you circle your right elbow over and down pinning. Complete the pivot into a RFB while delivering a left finger thrust to his eyes.
  3. Pivot in place to your left into a horse delivering a right upward elbow to his chin. Check low with left.
  4. Continue pivot into a right reverse bow and right back downward hammer fist to his groin.

Calming the Storm - front right step through roundhouse club

  1. Step to 12:00 into a RNB  executing a left extended outward block to inside of his right wrist. Simultaneously deliver a right vertical punch to his jaw or face.
  2. Pivot into a RFB as your left vertical fist shoots over your right arm striking to his stomach or ribs. Check his right arm with a right inward parry.
  3. Pivot back into a RNB delivering a right horizontal back knuckle to his ribs while executing a left extended outward parry.

Charging Ram - front tackle

  1. Slide your left foot back to 3:00 into a RNB and left outward parry his left arm down and out. Deliver a right downward hand sword to his neck as your left hand checks low.
  2. Slide back to a right 45 º cat and deliver a right snap kick to his left ribs.
  3. Plant your right foot forward to 9:00 and deliver a left snap kick to left jaw.
  4. With your left kick still in the air, left front crossover and cover out to 2:00.

Parting Wings - front two-hand push

  1. Drop back to 6:00 into a LNB as both of your hands hand sword out to inside of his wrists.
  2. Shift to a LFB, right inward hand sword to his left ribs cocking left hand to right of your face.
  3. Shift back into a LNB delivering a left outward hand sword to his throat (palm down); cocking your right clenched fist to your right hip.
  4. Shift into a LFB as you shoot a right middle knuckle fist (over your left arm) to his stomach.
  5. Drop back into a LNB, left front crossover and cover out to 5:00.

Thundering Hammers - front right step through punch

  1. Step to 11:00 into a LNB as you left inward block to outside of his right arm and cock your right arm parallel to your right thigh.
  2. Push drag to 12:00 as you drop into a left wide kneel (to outside of his right knee to buckle and drop) and right inward horizontal forearm strike to stomach while cocking your left arm by your left ear with your palm facing away from you).
  3. Shift to a right close kneel and left hammer fist to left kidney, check his right arm with right.
  4. Check low with left as your right arm cocks to your right ear.
  5. Slide right foot to 7:00 into a left close kneel, right downward hammer fist to back of his neck.
  6. Draw up with right and back with left to a RNB facing 2:00 and do a right looping back knuckle strike to his left temple. Shuffle toward 2:00 with a right upward heel palm and claw to his face and execute a right front crossover and cover out toward 8:00.

Squeezing the Peach - rear bearhug -- arms pinned

  1. Step back to 5:00 with left and have your left hand grab and squeeze his “peaches” as your right hand grabs and checks his arms.
  2. Step forward to 2:00 into a LNB and deliver a right rear scoop kick to his groin.
  3. With your right leg still in the air deliver a right stiff leg stomp to his left leg. Simultaneously deliver a right obscure back elbow (palm down) to his jaw while looking over your right shoulder and as your left hand checks low.
  4. Right front crossover and cover out to 2:00.

Bow of Compulsion - front wrist lock against his chest

  1. Step forward to 12:00 into a RNB and use a right vertical elbow down to his stomach or groin, as your left hand still guards. Drop down into a right close kneel as your drop your right hand down, raking his testicles with a right heel palm claw and immediately following up with a right underhand reverse hand sword to his groin.
  2. Deliver a right back fist to his left inner knee followed with a hooking knuckle punch to his right inner knee.
  3. Cross your right foot in front of your left leg as you're getting up and cover out.

Obstructing the Storm - front right step through overhead club

  1. Step forward to 1:00 in a horse facing 4:00 as you cross your right wrist over your left to block his attacking hand high.
  2. Grab his right wrist with right, as your left foot steps to 2:00 into a LNB. Simultaneously strike his right elbow with your left forearm by first thrusting vertically and then horizontally forcing his right arm down while your right hand pulls in toward and past your right hip.
  3. Continue to push down and pull his arm to your right; forcing his head down.
  4. Deliver a right snapping knee to his head.
  5. Replant into a LNB, left front crossover and cover out to 8:00.

Darting Mace - front two-hand wrist grab

  1. Step to 12:00 into a LNB as your right hand counter grabs his right wrist and your left forearm is used as a thrusting inward strike before converting to a left vertical punch to his face.
  2. Drop your left arm horizontally across his arms as you pull your right hand out of his grasp and right vertical punch to his stomach while shifting into a LFB.
  3. Deliver a left outward hand sword to his throat (while your right hand guards low).
  4. Step through into a RNB to 12:00; stepping inside of and through his right knee delivering a right palm heel thrust to his jaw and guard low with your left hand.
  5. Right front crossover and cover out to 6:00.
Shield and Sword - front left step through punch
  1. Step forward to 2 into a RFB delivering a left extended outward block. Cock your right hand sword to the right side of your right ear, palm out.
  2. Pivot to your left into a horse as your right inward hand sword strikes to his neck.
  3. Shift into a RFB delivering a left horizontal inward elbow to his ribs and have your right hand check his left arm at his elbow.
  4. Shift your left foot counterclockwise to 4:00 into a right front twist stance as your left hand hooks out and down at his left forearm.
  5. While pivoting out of the twist stance execute a right hammer fist strike to his left kidney. Following-up with a right roundhouse kick to back of his left knee to buckle.
  6. With right foot still in the air do a front twist and cover out to 4:00.
