Delayed Sword (front - right and lapel grab)

  1. Step back to 6:00 into a RNB, facing 12:00, while executing a right inward block to wrist of your opponent.  Check low with left.
  2. Slide right foot back into a cat stance.
  3. Deliver a right front snap kick to his groin.
  4. Plant your right foot back into a RNB, facing 12:00, right outward hand sword to the neck.

Aggressive Twins (Front- Two-Hand Push)

  1. Step back to 6 o'clock into a RNB, right inward block to the outside of your attacker's right arm.
  2. Right side-kick to the inside of your attacker's front knee.
  3. Land in a RNB. Pivot and execute a left front kick to your attacker's solar plexus. Note: We kick higher to set them up for the next strike. If we kicked to the groin, they would drop to the ground.
  4. Land in a transitional inverted left neutral bow. Pivot immediately to not lose any power and execute a right spinning rear kick to your attacker. Land forward in a right neutral bow.

Sword of Destruction (left straight or roundhouse punch)

  1. Step back to 6:00 into a RNB, facing 12:00, executing a right extended outward block to the left wrist.  Check low with left.
  2. Slide your right foot back into a cat stance.
  3. Deliver a right front snap kick to his groin.
  4. Plant forward into a RNB, facing 12:00 and execute a right inward hand sword to the neck.

Deflecting Hammer (right front thrust kick)

  1. Step back to 7:00 into a RNB (to move out of the Line of Attack), while executing a right downward block, check low with left.
  2. Drag step forward as your left hand checks his biceps.  Right hand cocked at right hip.
  3. Execute a right inward horizontal elbow to his face, with a left sliding check down and onto his right elbow.

Spreading the Branch (Rear- Bear Hug with Arms Pinned)

  1. Pin attacker's left hand to your chest with your left hand. Bring your right up (bent at the elbow).
  2. Step to 7:30 executing a right back hammerfist to your attacker's groin.
  3. With your right hand slap up to the right side of your attacker's head. Have your left hand grab on the left side of your attacker's head as well.
  4. Execute a right knee strike as you pull your attacker's head down to your knee. Land to 1:30 into a RFB as you release your right hand. Note: The speed of your right hand needs to double your foot's speed.
  5. As you land into a RFB facing 1:30, execute a right inward overhead elbow down onto your attacker's spine.

The Grasp of Death (left flank - right arm headlock)

  1. Tuck your chin to the left, against chest, as you grab his right wrist with your right hand, stepping forward to 12:00 into a right close kneel.  Grab his right thigh with your left and pinch.
  2. Bring his right arm over your head and down to your chest, use right forearm as a check.
  3. Release grip and step forward to 11:00 into a LNB as you strike the back of his right elbow with your left forearm while pulling in and to you with your right.
  4. Slide your left hand to his right elbow.  While controlling his right elbow with your left hand, pivot into a LFB, facing 11:00.  Execute a right snapping vertical punch to the base of his skull.

Checking the Storm (front - right step-through overhead club)

  1. Step to 3:00 with right and drag left to a left 45° cat stance facing 10:30.  Execute a right inward parry followed by a left extended outward block to right wrist.
  2. Execute a left front snap kick to his groin.
  3. Plant your left foot to 10:00 delivering a right side kick to the inside of the his right knee.
  4. Plant right foot to 10:00 into a RNB, and execute a right outward back knuckle to the left temple, as your left hand checks low

Mace of Aggression (front - two-hand lapel grab, pulling in)

  1. Execute a right stomp on the arch of his right foot while striking diagonally across the bridge of his nose with a right inward raking back-knuckle. Pin and check with left.
  2. Striking both of his forearms.
  3. Execute a right inward horizontal elbow to his jaw.
  4. Return with a right outward horizontal elbow to the jaw of your opponent.

Attacking Mace (front - right step-through straight punch)

  1. Drop to 6:00 into a LNB, execute a left inward block.  Right hand cocks to your hip.
  2. Pivot into a LFB, execute a right straight thrust punch to the right lower ribs of opponent.
  3. Circle right hand down, and around his right arm to counter-grab the outside of his wrist. Pull opponent to you while delivering a right roundhouse kick to the groin. Cock left hand at left hip.
  4. Drop forward into a RNB, facing 12:00, while executing a left snapping vertical punch to his right kidney.  (check his right knee with yours - retain grip on opponent’s arm)

Intellectual Departure (Step-Through right leg Front Kick)

  1. Step back to 4:30 into a right reverse close kneel and execute a right inside downward palm down block, to the right inner leg.
  2. Right rear kick to your attacker's groin. Note: This should bring their head forward to you.
  3. Plant to 1 o'clock in a RNB facing 12:00, right backfist to the face.
4. Right side-kick to your attacker's farthest knee. Note: Some schools teach this to be done with a drag step or to step your left foot to 3 o'clock and execute the right kick. All depends on the distance.
